Why is this a big deal?

The basic idea started after a Voting Session at the Malagasy National Assembly on April 2018, where Malagasy Deputies have to vote some Yes/No questions. The original Scenario is generally as follow:

1. The chief of the National Assembly has a Yes/No Question.

2. Deputies in the room will raise their hands to confirm their vote

   1. The chief open the vote for Yes or for No

   2. Deputies, that agree or disagree to the question raise their hands

   3. One or more `trusted` persons will count the result

   4. Deduce the statistics from results

This situation leads to serious problems that need to be solved.

Problems	Explanation
Time	By the example of the Malagasy Assembly, voting for a question may take more than 1h
Ambiguity	The person counting raising hands may do some mistakes since human is not perfect
False Statistics	Deducing from the second problem, several results may happen and this lead to confusion. A real example is always the Malagasy National Assembly, where different statistics comes up and the session ended with war between deputies
